ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

GIDF has a dedicated team of more than 50 women & men representing the cultural, linguistic & socio economic diversity of the country spanning a range of professional experience required for realising its initiatives. The team includes professionals from the field of management, social development , software, finance, administration, urban & regional planners, research & training education background.

The Governing Board consists of 5 members. The Governing Board acts as an overall supervisor to the activities. It also monitors and manages the financial developmental and planning elements of both ongoing and prospective projects

The Chief Functionary is responsible for the daily functions of the organization and is accountable to the Board President. The Chief Functionary assigns a Programme officer to every project who commands all aspects relevant to his or her particular task through various zonal offices. Project officers’ supervising & coordinating roles include Program Planning, Implementation of Project and Monitoring of any on going project under their purview. Field and community workers, as well as volunteers, interact with the community in various aspects for better understanding of the community, which is crucial with the view to developmental initiative.

The Foundation has its head office in Delhi and offices in Mumbai, Kolkatta ,Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahemdabad & Bengalooru. Apart from the Head Office & regional office the Foundation also has its Project offices in District Guna, MP, District Dibrugarh, Asom, District Panipat, Haryana & District Gautam Buddh Nagar, UP.
