With the coming of every new fiscal, a host of fresh challenges arrive. In our area of operation, the developmental sector, these challenges even more demanding, because the sector is ever so changing, ever so unpredictable. We have to constantly seek solutions to issues that were unheard of earlier, and find innovative ways and means to address them. The trick, we feel, is to maintain a balance between a long term vision and meeting short-term deadlines. Also, it’s crucial that we keep reviewing the ground situation and keep learning from the grass roots –to adapt our strategies to their maximum potential.

This year, ACM GIDF took a quantum leap in terms of new projects. We now feel the time has come to expand the scope of our model interventions and see how they perform under the duress and unpredictability of a wider spectrum.
