Prof. Rajita Chaudhuri is the Dean, Centre for Enterprise Management at The Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi. She is a regular and well acclaimed columnist of 4P’s Business and Marketing magazine. She conducts workshops for senior executives of big and well established industrial houses across India in the areas of Marketing Strategy, Business Professionalism and the importance and essence of Team Building to achieve performance targets . Her unlimited energy and matter-of-fact understanding of challenges and their solutions is the driving force behind ACM GIDF. Her inherent gift of finding simple solutions to complex problems has often been our guiding star in times of crisis. She heads Planman Marcom – an integrated Communications, Advertising and Promotions Company. She is also a prolific writer. Her book on Advertising titled ‘Orangutan as your Brand Ambassadors’ has won rave reviews from critics and the common man alike. Her recent offering, ‘Thorns to Competition’, which she co-authored with Management Guru Arindam Chaudhuri, is already a blockbuster hit. Arindam Paul is in many ways the chief architect of ACM GIDF, because he was responsible for giving a structured form to the social consulting arm of Planman/IIPM, shaped it into being GIDF, and now heads the division. His core expertise is to decode the apparent complexities of social-economic development concepts and models, to make them more applicable to grass roots situations. His key areas of responsibility with GIDF include research, conceptualization and execution of developmental projects with a team of professional development workers. With more than 14 years in the social sector he brings in a unique combination of ideation, execution, resource mobilization and internal operations. Besides spearheading a number of prestigious projects with UNDP, UNICEF, SIDA, WHO & the Govt. of India, Paul also has a rich and varied experience of developing Corporate Social Responsibility modules for various multinational firms. He has an outstanding record of proven success in achieving turnaround results in projects. Paul is a Management graduate with an MBA degree and also a certificate holder of Disaster Management.
Proshanto Banerjee is a exponent in the area of environment. He has devised a lot of initiatives in the area of environment for the welfare of the people. He takes an active interest in the Developmental initiatives of the Foundation and provides his valuable inputs regarding the various programmes.
He is an ardent and an active member of the Foundation and looks after all the financial matters related to the affairs for the foundation.

Naveen is an Assistant Trainer in the series of workshops by Arindam Chaudhuri on motivation and leadership. These have a participant profile of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and senior-level managers. The workshops specifically train top-level managers in the concepts of strategic vision, leadership, and motivation. He initiated the concept, RECALL (Research and Exploration Centre for Active Learning and Living) and is a regular contributor. He conceptualizes the programmes in terms of sustainability and develops report of evaluation and reporting of the various projects.
